What is your pricing like?

All treats are sold 1 flavor per dozen.

Do you do cakes?

We are happy to announce that we are now offering cakes for any occasion!

Do you provide stands?

Yes!  We have a small inventory to chose from! Rental fees vary.

How much is delivery?

Delivery and setup start at $2.00 per mile from our location.  Set up is an additional $15.00.

Are you licensed and insured by the state? 

Yes

Do you offer wedding tastings?

Yes! This is one of the fun parts of wedding planning! Paid tastings are in amounts of 4, 6, 9 or 12 flavors, and you will receive two treats in each flavor choice.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, there is a non refundable date hold fee of $100.00 on orders for 50 guests or more. This payment will be applied to the remaining balance which is due 30 days prior to your event.  For small gatherings, it is a 50% deposit on orders over $50.00.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted, as well as cash, checks, Venmo, and Cashapp!

What is your Booking Policy?

BAKERY POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Cave's Creations.

To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review the following policies before placing your order.

1. ORDERS & BOOKING

 • All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance, this ensures we have adequate time to order anything special for your treats.

 • Orders are only confirmed once payment or the required deposit is received.

 • Rush or last-minute orders may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.

 

2. PAYMENTS

 • Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (50–70%) is required to secure your date.

 • Any remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.

 • Production does not begin without payment.

 

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 • Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds are offered once production has started.

 • Cancellations made before production may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit excluded).

 • Date changes are subject to availability and approval.

 

4. DESIGN & CUSTOM CAKES

 • All cakes are handcrafted. While inspiration photos are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed.

 • Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.

 • By approving your design, you acknowledge and accept our creative interpretation.

 

5. PICKUP & DELIVERY

 • Pickup times must be strictly adhered to.

 • Late pickups may affect treat and/or cake quality, especially for cream-based cakes.

 • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

 • If delivery is selected, fees are calculated based on location.

 • Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or heat.

 • Cream cakes should always be transported in air-conditioned vehicles.

 

6. CAKEPOP AND CAKE CARE & STORAGE

 • Chocolate and Vanilla candy melts are extremely heat-sensitive.  

 • Buttercream cakes are heat-sensitive.  

 • Cakes  and cakepops should be refrigerated when not in use.

 • We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage or heat exposure.

 

7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS

 • Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order.

 • Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

 

8. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS

 • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, along with clear photos.

 • Taste preferences (sweetness, flavor, etc.) are not grounds for refunds.

 

9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By placing an order with Cave's Creations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
